It is so important that you feel invited to be as active in the design process as you want. I find so much value in relationships, and I love developing a relationship with my clients. I love talking to you to hear your vision and wants and bringing that to life to the best of my ability. The goal is for you to have special pieces to tuck away in your keepsake trunk to take out when on special occasions or when you just need to find comfort in reminiscing the tender moments.
Whether you're celebrating a newborn, christening, birthday, or another meaningful milestone, we'll begin by discussing your vision. You'll share your chosen heirloom piece, personalization details, colors, monograms, and any special touches you'd like included.
Once your order is confirmed, I'll thoughtfully begin creating your custom embroidery design. Every detail, from thread colors and lettering to placement and composition, is carefully considered to ensure your keepsake feels timeless, personal, and beautifully balanced.
You're welcome to reply to your order confirmation email with anything you'd like me to reference while designing, whether it's photos, inspiration, special requests, or meaningful details.
Once your initial design is ready, I'll send you a private Canva link where you can view your proof and leave comments directly on the design. You'll be able to see updates as revisions are made, making the process much simpler than emailing back and forth with photos. If you've ordered multiple keepsakes or a bundle, all of your proofs will be added to the same Canva link so everything stays organized in one convenient place.
Once your designs are finalized and every detail feels just right, you'll click the "Ready to Stitch" button on the final proof, and I'll begin bringing your keepsakes to life.
Each piece is embroidered with precision and finished by hand. Rather than rushing through production, I take the time to ensure every stitch reflects the quality, care, and craftsmanship that heirloom pieces deserve. That's when my embroidery machines, Ouisa (she's a little older and wonderfully dependable) and Shelby (the young, energetic one), get to work, carefully stitching your design into something made to be treasured for generations.
After a final quality check, your heirloom is carefully packaged and sent on its way to your family. Every order is thoughtfully wrapped in sturdy packaging to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping typically takes place within 48–72 hours after your designs are approved, depending on the intricacy of your embroidery and the items included in your order. Whether your keepsake is displayed in a nursery, gifted to someone special, or tucked away for future generations, it's made to become a treasured part of your family's story for years to come.
